PRIVACY / DRAFT · 6 OCTOBER 2026
Privacy
This is a pre-launch draft. The Microsoft 365 agreements and deletion procedure have been reviewed and put into operation. The final hosting configuration and Cloudflare’s processing must be verified before this text is published as a final privacy notice.
1. Data controller and contact
Provide ApS, Danish company registration number (CVR) 41046074, Gammel Køge Landevej 55, 2500 Valby, Denmark, is the data controller for the processing described here. Contact us at hello@provide.dk or +45 60 52 50 82.
This notice covers this website and direct enquiries to Provide. Processing in solutions we deliver to clients is governed separately and falls outside this notice.
2. Visiting this website
The website code does not use analytics, advertising pixels, cookies or local storage. Fonts and graphics are served from the website’s own domain. There is no contact form.
Cloudflare Pages is the planned hosting platform. Delivering and protecting the website may involve processing technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and browser details. The purpose is to provide a reliable website and prevent abuse. The intended legal basis is our legitimate interest in operation and security under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Actual logging and retention depend on the final hosting configuration.
3. Contacting us
When you email or call us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company and enquiry. We use it to respond, understand your needs and follow up on a potential engagement. You choose what to share; we cannot get back to you without sufficient contact details. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
We process ordinary business enquiries and communication with company representatives based on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant enquiries and managing business relationships under Article 6(1)(f). If you personally are a party to a contract or ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, Article 6(1)(b) applies. Processing necessary to meet legal obligations is based on Article 6(1)(c).
4. Suppliers and international transfers
We use Microsoft 365 for email, so Microsoft processes information in our email communications as a service provider. Cloudflare is our planned hosting provider. These providers may use subprocessors to deliver and protect their services.
Microsoft’s and Cloudflare’s published data processing terms describe processing and transfer mechanisms, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses. These services may involve processing outside the EU/EEA; this notice does not promise EU-only processing. The Microsoft 365 configuration and applicable agreements have been reviewed. Cloudflare’s actual configuration, agreements and transfer safeguards must be verified before launch. You can contact us about the relevant safeguards and request a copy.
5. How long do we retain information?
Ordinary enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted no later than two years after the last relevant contact about the matter. We delete information sooner when it is no longer needed. This is a maximum period for relevant discussions and follow-up on a potential engagement, not a fixed retention period for every message.
If an enquiry leads to a client relationship, we retain relevant information for as long as needed for that relationship. Information needed afterwards to meet a legal retention obligation or handle a specific legal claim is retained separately and only for as long as that purpose requires. This does not justify keeping all correspondence longer. The two-year limit does not apply to technical logs, whose retention must be determined from the actual hosting setup.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure and restriction of processing. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where the conditions are met, you also have a right to data portability. The application of these rights depends on the processing and any statutory exceptions.
Email hello@provide.dk to exercise your rights. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). The website code does not perform profiling or automated decision-making.
7. Changes
We update this notice when the website’s features or data processing change. The date above shows the latest update.
